1. Once you have made a course payment, that payment is not eligible for a refund. If you decide to drop a course, then you are not required to make any future payments.
2. Full Payment does not guarantee that the course will be held. If the minimum number of students necessary to hold the course is not met, the course will be canceled, and you will be issued a full refund.
3. If you want to withdraw from the course before it begins, you must schedule an appointment by emailing studentportal@nocrop.us or calling (714) 502-5840 at least 48 business hours before the start date and time of your course. Any withdrawal request made after this time will not be accepted.
4. A $25.00 fee will be administered upon any chargeback.
Refund Processing:
Credit Card Refunds: Qualifying refunds can be processed via phone at (714) 502-5840. Processing time will vary depending on your bank.
Cashier’s Check, Money Order, or Cash Refunds: Qualifying refunds are processed and mailed within 14 days of approval.
All students must understand and agree to the terms and conditions described above prior to registering for a NOCROP adult course. The acknowledgment of the above terms will be kept on file in each student’s digital record on the Student Portal.
